Our founder and Managing Director, Rollins Chitika, carried a vision: to walk alongside entrepreneurs and provide the kind of guidance, networks, and opportunities he wished more businesses had access to.

In 2019, that vision took shape. With just a laptop, determination, and conviction, Rollins began working directly with entrepreneurs who were navigating complex challenges independently. What began as a one-person effort quickly evolved into a management consulting firm founded on empathy, action, and results.

From the beginning, our goal has been to go beyond advice and deliver practical solutions that empower organizations for the long term. Over the years, we have expanded our presence, supporting businesses across sectors, partnering with leading institutions, and contributing to sustainable impact in Malawi and beyond.
