Business Acceleration for Youth (BA4Y)

Supported by USAID  Malawi and implemented by the Alliance of Bioversity International and  CIAT, BA4Y is a resilience-driven initiative designed to scale youth‑led  and women‑led enterprises in Malawi.

 Equip  is one of the business development service  providers under BA4Y, offering technical support to entrepreneurs in Cohorts 1, 2, and 3, to strengthen their business models, enhance investment readiness, and scale their ventures. Through a combination of tailored coaching and small grants, the project empowers young entrepreneurs to drive local economic growth and resilience.
