Inclusive Business Models Training

In the endeavor to make AAA members of the Lilongwe Chapter to be investment ready, Equip was contracted to conduct a training on inclusive business models. AAA members were trained on pitching business ideas to investors and designing and implementation of inclusive business models.

Trained15 members of AAA on pitching which resulted in attracting investments in form of grants and commercial loans. Six out of the 15 SMEs applied for an inclusive business program called Malawi Innovation Challenge Funds(MICF), 4 went up to final screening stage and 1 was awarded a $445,000. Five(5) others accessed $32,000 grant each from a UNDP Accelerator Program.
