Every milestone tells a story. Ours began with a single STATA-trained client in 2015.

From the small beginnings, we grew: adding services, launching Equip in 2019 with just 1 staff member, and daring to expand even during uncertainty. By 2022, we’d helped SMEs secure over 2 billion Kwacha in investments. Today, our team of 10 has delivered 70+ projects across borders, proof that small steps, when driven by purpose, create waves.
