We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for young women looking to advance their careers and businesses in the Tourism and Hospitality industry — a soft skills training program designed for young females who have the drive to excel in the sector.

The Boosting Women Entrepreneurship Education in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH) Project, is inviting applications from eligible young women to participate in a skills development program. The WITH Project is an initiative under the European Commission’s Erasmus+ program which is the EU’s funding program in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport. The project aims to empower young women in Sub-Saharan Africa to become successful entrepreneurs and business owners in tourism and hospitality.

This training program is designed to equip young women with the necessary soft skills and competencies to succeed as entrepreneurs and business owners.

Duration

The training will run from 16th September 2024 to 15th November 2024, comprising a mix of in person and online sessions.

  • Female aged 18-35 years.
  • Must have an existing small or startup business; a clear business idea, or a job related to the tourism and hospitality sector. Priority will be given to young women active in the tourism and hospitality sector.
