Development of a 3 Year Soya Business Strategy for ACADES

Equip was engaged by the Associated Center for Agro-based Development and Entrepreneurship Support (ACADES) to develop a three-year business strategy (2020–2023) for its soya seed and grain enterprise. The purpose of the assignment was to assess the commercial viability of ACADES’s soya products and chart a strategic direction for growth.

Using a participatory approach, Equip worked closely with the ACADES team to conduct a comprehensive market analysis and map out new market opportunities. The resulting business and marketing plan provided clear insights into the commercial trajectory of the soya enterprise and offered practical recommendations to align operations with market demands and best practices.
