Project Completion Report for Ziweto Nutrition Products Manufacturing Project under the African Development Bank

Ziweto Enterprises Limited, with support from the African Development Bank, undertook a comprehensive Feasibility Study to assess the viability of establishing an integrated, bankable Ziweto Nutrition Products Manufacturing facility. The study focused on four key components: Technical and Market Feasibility, Business Plan Development, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and Technical Design of the Manufacturing Facility.

Equip Consulting was engaged to conduct an independent Project Completion Evaluation of the consultancy work. Our role involved assessing the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the feasibility study process and deliverables. The evaluation provided evidence-based insights into the quality and coherence of the technical, market, and environmental studies, as well as the proposed facility design—contributing to Ziweto’s decision-making and investment readiness.
